To reach the highest quality with minimum throughput times, EDILÁSIO has implemented an efficient serial production concept, constituted with experienced and skilled professionals, together with high precision mechanical and electrical machining equipment, with multi tool change features, ensuring (24 hours) production of components in wide range of materials including high strength materials – steel, aluminium, other light alloys.                                                                                                                                                                                Moulds are built using computerized numerical control (CNC) milling machines, high speed milling (HSM) centers, wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) and grinding centers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Geometrical and dimensional conformity is assured using a wide range of 3D CMM measuring machines.
